Job description
MultiCare Rockwood Clinic in eastern Washington seeks a clinician member of the multidisciplinary team delivering population-based primary care. The APP will provide comprehensive primary care services focusing on prevention, chronic disease management and health promotion for diverse patient populations.
This role requires collaboration with physicians, RNs, pharmacists, social workers, behavioral health specialists and other professionals to optimize the health of MultiCare communities.
