Job description
Comprehensive Community Action Program, Family Health Services, a Joint Commission Accredited NCQA III Federally Qualified Community Health Center, is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a growing Family Medicine Practice. The practice uses NextGen electronic health record system and operates within a patient-centered medical home model with a teamwork approach.
Candidates must be licensed in Rhode Island (or eligible); bilingual preferred.
