Job description
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Family Medicine team in an ambulatory setting. The APP will manage a patient panel including acute visits, chronic disease management, women's health, annual wellness exams, school and sports physicals, and pre-operative evaluations.
