Job description
Access Community Health Network is hiring physicians (Family/Internal Medicine) or physician assistants to provide full-scope primary care services in our Chicago clinics. You will diagnose, treat, and coordinate care, with emphasis on preventive care and EHR documentation.
We offer a strong compensation package, signed bonuses, relocation support, and NHSC loan repayment, with FTCA malpractice coverage and visa support. Spanish language skills are a bonus.
