Who we are looking for:
A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine
An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations, who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel
Position Details
Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
0.75 FTE (30 hours per week)
EMR system is EPIC
Clinic operational hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Highlights
New Hire Guarantee: $242,208
Hiring Bonus of $22,500
Relocation assistance of $15,000

$1,125 monthly housing/auto stipend for 1 year ($13,500 total)
$37,500 annual geographical pay

Qualifications
You must complete an ACGME/AOA‑accredited Family Medicine Residency program to be considered for this position.
