Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice in New York. This is a high-compensation independent contractor opportunity designed for physicians who prioritize strong hourly income and scheduling flexibility.
This is a 1099 position with no employer-provided benefits.
$135 per hour
1099 Independent Contractor
No PTO
No health benefits
No retirement benefits

Candidates must have:
Active, unrestricted New York medical license
Board Certification in Family Medicine
Active Medicare ID number
Active New York Medicaid Provider ID
Clean malpractice history
No active disciplinary actions
Due to New York State prescribing regulations:
Physicians must be enrolled as a Medicaid provider in order to prescribe medications to Medicaid patients. Pharmacies will not process prescriptions from non-enrolled providers for Medicaid recipients.
Only physicians with active Medicaid enrollment will be considered.
Fully credentialed and immediately billable
Comfortable working in a high-autonomy outpatient setting
Seeking strong hourly pay over benefits
Experienced in treating Medicare and Medicaid populations
