Job description
A growing primary care practice in Modesto, CA seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a 20+ provider faculty group. The practice is located close to San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, and Napa Valley and offers both outpatient and inpatient care, teaching family medicine residents, and serving a diverse underserved population in Stanislaus County.
Job Overview
Position: BE/BC Family Medicine Physician, partner track after 12 months.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical care to patients in accordance with regulations, including obtaining patient history and ordering labs and diagnostic studies.
Provide care for the underserved population of Stanislaus County.
Participate in a fully supported call schedule of 4.5 days of clinic in the first year, then schedule tailored to professional interests.
Maintain a good balance of family and work responsibilities.
Qualifications
MD or DO
BE/BC Family Medicine
California license or ability to acquire one.
Benefits and Features
Base salary $245,000 - $280,000 per year with first‑year salary guarantee.
Move to partnership after 12 months with productivity‑based compensation.
Full malpractice coverage.
Six weeks per year vacation/CME.

$20,000 sign‑on bonus/relocation stipend.
