Friendly and Physician Led small town health system seeks 3 Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician in and around Lima, Ohio! 1 hour from Columbus, Ohio
Family Medicine Physician Role
Location: Lima, OH
Primary Care

Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model.
Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions.
Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.
Provide medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure delivery of highest quality affordable care.
Work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members.
Flexible schedule options: 3x12 hour shifts, 4-10s or 5-8s; 2 patients per hour seen.
Work in a team of 4-8 other providers.
