About the Group
Family Medicine Physician in Winchester, VA desired for Community Health Organization. The group provides high quality, accessible, affordable health care services and is accredited and certified by The Joint Commission. Professional collaboration is available among a team of more than 50 multi‑disciplinary clinicians, including family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, OB/GYN, nurse midwifery, psychiatry, pharmacy, and dentistry, to enhance continuity of care for patients.

Base Salary: $270,000 – $300,000
Typical annual patient‑encounter bonuses (~$30,000)

Location
Winchester, VA – easily accessible to Washington DC and Baltimore.
Schedule
Open to 4 × 10‑hour shifts (8:00am – 6:00pm). Patients per day: 16–18.
Responsibilities
Provide evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
Follow department policies and procedures.
Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients.
Serve on call (1:10 physician‑to‑nurse ratio) via phone only; low volume due to triage service line.
Collaborate with a team of 3 MDs and 13 advanced practice providers.
Use Athena EMR with Suki AI note‑taking support.
Qualifications
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine.
Eligible to hold a West Virginia state medical license.
Open to H1B visa holders, if required.
