Position Overview
Family Medicine Physician working in Alexandria, Louisiana, part of Big Texas Health System, a not‑for‑profit organization located near New Orleans. The role is part of a 4‑ to 8‑person team providing outpatient primary care, Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m.–5:00p.m. A 4‑day work week is offered, with a patient load of 18–22 patients per day.
Compensation & Benefits
Income guarantee: $334,000.00
100% paid malpractice with tail coverage
Retirement funding with matching contribution

Student loan repayment up to $125,000 ($25,000 per year) if eligible

Responsibilities
Provide outpatient primary care to patients.
Work within a 4‑ to 8‑person team, with no on‑call duties.
Schedule patient visits Monday–Friday from 8a.m. to 5p.m.; a 4‑day work week is permitted.
See 18–22 patients per day.
Qualifications
Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Louisiana medical license
J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available
