Job description
Family Medicine Physician
Locations: Hebron, Meriden, New London, Windsor, Connecticut.
About the role
Full‑time, Monday–Friday schedule; option for a 4‑day work week.
100% outpatient, office‑based primary care setting.
Provide care to pediatric and adult patients.
Phone call only coverage: 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months.
Qualifications
MD or DO with Family Medicine board certification.
Eligibility to practice in Connecticut (including H1B status).
Benefits
Base salary $255,000 – $355,000 per year, depending on experience.
Uncapped wRVU incentive – estimate additional $50,000–$70,000.
Sign‑on or pre‑hire bonus; residency stipend.

1.5 months paid vacation per year.
