Praxis Health's Pacific Medical Group – Canby is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join an established, outpatient‑only practice 30 minutes from Portland. You’ll enjoy clinical autonomy within a supportive, mission‑driven team and a four‑day workweek designed for work‑life balance, with an average of 18 patients per day.
