Job description
Praxis Health, Inc. in La Grande, Oregon, is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine physician for a 100% outpatient role with a four-day workweek and no obstetrics.
You’ll join a small, collaborative team and care for patients across the lifespan with ample time for relationship-based medicine. Compensation starts with a $270,000 year-one guarantee, plus relocation and sign-on incentives, comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, malpractice coverage, and visa sponsorship.
