Job description
Jackson Physician Search is recruiting a board-eligible or board-certified family medicine physician for a mountainous southern Oregon community. The practice offers 100% outpatient care, a 4-day work week (32 hours), and dedicated MA/scribe support, with mentorship for 2027 graduates.
Compensation includes a strong base with productivity and profit bonuses, a $50,000 signing bonus, relocation $20,000, loan assistance, and comprehensive benefits.
