Salary: $300,000 / yr
Excellent negotiable salary, signing bonus, production bonus,10% of annual salary quality bonus, benefits and relocation.
Role Description: Family Medicine Primary Care
Denver, CO
Outpatient Primary Care
4 day work week!
Traditional outpatient care. Sick Visits, Medication Management, Chronic Disease Management, etc..
Requirements: Colorado State Medical License
Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
