Job description
Pacific Medical Group – Tigard, part of Praxis Health, seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient team just outside Portland, OR. We offer a base salary guarantee of $270,000 with potential to reach $320,000 based on production, in a physician‑led, patient‑centered culture.
You'll work four days a week with 36 patient hours, enjoy PTO, CME, malpractice coverage, and strong admin support in a collaborative environment focused on work‑life balance and lifelong patient relationships.
