American Academy Of Family Physicians is partnering with Jackson Physician Search to recruit a Family Medicine physician for a Wisconsin practice just outside Madison. The role features a 4-day work week, full-scope duties, and an inpatient rotation of 1:8 to maintain clinical skills.

Incentives include a $200,000 sign-on, a total recruitment package of $570,000, residency/fellowship stipend, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, CME allowance, tail malpractice insurance, and a 5.5%
