Job description
Spencer Britt in North Carolina is seeking a full-time BE/BC Family Medicine physician for an outpatient practice about an hour from Charlotte. The position is hospital-owned and employed, with a focus on patient care in a stable, growing community.
The role offers a highly competitive salary with a wRVU bonus structure and a two-year salary guarantee. Outpatient medicine only, no OB, 8 AM–5 PM, four days per week, and no weekends or evenings, plus a full benefits package and CME allowance.
