Alliance Recruiting Resources is seeking a medical professional to join a non-profit health system in Vernal, Utah. This role involves managing outpatient care in a multi-specialty group with 35 employed physicians.
The position features a normal Monday to Friday schedule with a 4-day workweek every other week, a patient load of around 25, and a supportive call schedule of 1:8. The compensation package is excellent, estimated in the $300K range, complemented by benefits, bonuses, and an incentive plan.
