Job Overview
Thriving Community based Medical Center seeks a Family Medicine Physician in Towson, Maryland. A four‑day work week is available.
Location
Towson, Maryland
Provider’s Role
Family Medicine Physician in an outpatient primary‑care clinic. Schedule options include 4‑day or 5‑day shifts, with a 4‑day × 10‑hour schedule. One 4‑hour Saturday shift per month. Patient volume: 16–20 per day.
Responsibilities
Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals through evidence‑based acute, preventive, and chronic care.
Serve as a role model of professionalism and collaborate with all interdisciplinary team members.
Provide high‑value care, demonstrating good stewardship of resources and considering risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic decisions.
Document all patient care activities and services in the electronic health record, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and sufficient detail.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Excellent relationship‑building skills with patients and colleagues.
Ability to hold and maintain a valid Maryland State License.
