Job description
Froedtert ThedaCare Health, Inc is seeking a Full-time BE/BC Family Medicine physician to work at our Sheboygan, Manitowoc, and Plymouth clinics. 1.0 FTE equals 35 patient contact hours; a 4-day work week can be accommodated.
The team includes 1–2 MA/LPNs and RN triage support, with strong collaboration among physicians and APPs to ensure continuity of care for patients. Primary care focuses on quality, prevention and wellness for our patient population.
