Base Salary: $250,000 – $270,000 based on experience

About this Role
Location: Winchester, VA (easy access to Washington DC or Baltimore). Outpatient Primary Care Family Medicine. Schedule: open to 4 10-hour shifts (8 am – 6 pm). Expected patient volume: 18–20 per day.
Responsibilities
Follow all departmental policies and procedures
Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients
Provide evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting
On call: 1:10 ratio, phone only, very low due to triage service line screening calls
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 3 MDs and 13 APPs
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
Ability to hold a Virginia state medical license
Open to H1B Visa if needed
Clinical Support
EMR System: Athena with Suki included for AI note taking. The team offers professional collaboration among 50+ clinicians and extensive services from social workers, health educators, case/care managers, medical interpreters, outreach nurses, etc., providing support for clinicians and patients.
