Family Medicine Physician – Keyser, West Virginia
High Quality Health system seeks a Family Medicine Physician to work in Keyser, West Virginia (30 minutes from Cumberland, MD).

This group is a West Virginia based health system with a small critical access hospital in the area. The group has 12 total locations and over 500 providers, founded since 1928, operating a 25-bed hospital with a strong work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Fully outpatient assessment, maintenance, and improvement of the health status of individuals in the community.
Provide acute, preventative, and chronic disease management.
Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team.
Collaborate with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.
Document all patient care activities and services in the electronic health record with clear, concise, accurate, and detailed entries.
Adhere to a 4‑day work week, seeing 20 patients per day, with no call responsibilities.

Qualifications
