About the Group
Friendly community health center seeks a Family Medicine Physician in Springfield, Ohio (30 minutes from Dayton, OH). The center is a federally qualified community health center that understands not every individual or community shares the same needs. We provide primary medical, pediatric, dental, behavioral, and other health services at four convenient locations. All services are delivered by compassionate professionals who are deeply dedicated to improving the physical, emotional, and behavioral well‐being of each and every patient. The facility is 24 years old with four MDs and ten APPs on staff, offering a collegial culture, a family atmosphere, and significant onboarding and mentorship.
Family Medicine Physician Role
Location: Springfield, Ohio (30 minutes from Dayton, OH). The Physician will provide evaluations, treatment, and medication management in an outpatient setting for a patient population of all ages. Responsibilities include delivering the full scope of primary medical care, diagnosing and treating a broad range of conditions, documenting patient visits, and monitoring and facilitating other activities related to patient care. The Physician will work alongside a support staff team to treat patients and multiple generations of the same families in an outpatient environment, seeing 16–18 patients per day on a 100% outpatient schedule. Work occurs three times in a six‑week period with additional support from three other providers on site and a NexGen EMR system on a four‑day work week.
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Ability to hold an Ohio State Medical License
Open to experienced or new graduate physicians
J1 or H1B sponsorship available if necessary
Benefits
Competitive Base Salary: $225,000 – $245,000
Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000
Annual Raise: 3–5%
Annual Bonus: $3,000 – $5,000
6 Weeks of total time off (PTO + Holidays)
5 Days of CME (4.5K CME Allowance)
