Family Medicine with or without OB Opportunity in Tomah, WI
Practice Overview
Join a collaborative team of 10 physicians and 5 advanced practice clinicians.
Work in a clinic with dedicated RN & MA support
Engage in outpatient care with optional focus areas like sports medicine and women's health.
Benefit from Epic EMR and 24/7 support across specialties.
Schedule
Flexible schedule with options for a 4-day workweek.
Outpatient hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Daily patient volume of 15-20, allowing for personalized care.
Competitive base salary with potential range from $285,000 to $300,000.
Up to $150,000 in loan forgiveness options.

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
