Family Medicine Physician – Advanced Primary Care, Eugene, Oregon

Family Medicine Physician – Advanced Primary Care | Eugene, Oregon

Shaping the Future of Primary Care

Advanced Primary Care (APC) - Eugene, part of Praxis Health, is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Eugene practice. APC is reimagining what primary care can look like through an innovative, value-based model focused on access, prevention, population health, and meaningful patient relationships. Rather than simply treating illness as it arises, our providers proactively manage chronic conditions, close care gaps, and partner with patients to help them stay healthy and out of the hospital.

This is an exciting opportunity for a physician who enjoys both the practice and evolution of primary care. APC Eugene is growing, which means you'll have the opportunity to build your own patient panel while contributing your experience and ideas as we continue developing the model. You'll join a close-knit team where people genuinely help one another and leadership welcomes the contribution of thoughtful problem-solving and innovation. Our ideal physician is comfortable with change, enjoys collaboration, and sees possibility in the future of primary care.
