Family Medicine PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00.Patients Per Day: 22Practice Setting: OutpatientScope: Primary Care. Must see all agesState Licensure: Active Michigan State License andDrug Enforcement Administration (DEA).Must be Board Certified.Responsibility for Mid-Levels: Yes, 2-4Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 Weeks
