Job Summary and Responsibilities
CHI Health and Creighton University School of Medicine are actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice in Bellevue, Nebraska.

Outpatient only
Full-time is 36 patient facing hours

Academic appointment available, if desired, from Creighton University School of Medicine.

Annual Salary of $309,370

Job Requirements
American Board Certified or Board Eligible in the specified area of Medical Specialty
A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license‑eligible
