Role Responsibilities
Deliver thorough, ongoing care for individuals and families throughout their lifespan, spanning from pediatric to geriatric populations.
Manage chronic illnesses, provide preventive care, and address acute medical and mental health needs through a patient-first perspective.
Perform physical assessments, interpret diagnostic findings, and create tailored treatment plans.
Collaborate effectively with care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to keep precise and current patient documentation.
Provide care in both traditional and virtual settings to accommodate varying patient needs and preferences.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Current Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for (or actively hold) a valid Massachusetts medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
Skills and Experience
