Primary Care/Family Medicine Physician needed for industry leading Primary Care Group in Boca Raton, FL
Specialty: Primary Care/Family Practice
Type of Position: Permanent Full Time
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9AM- 6PM) with 1 hour break and 1 hour admin time. No weekends. No On-Call.
Start Date: 45 days
Facility Type: Clinic
Clinical Setting: Outpatient
Patients Per day: Average of 18-23 per day. Seeing patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
Support Staff: Advanced practice providers and Medical Assistants
Credentialing Time Frame: 30-45 days
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Licensing Requirements: Active FL medical license or IMLC compact licensure
Board Certification: American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Willing to accept J1 or H1 visa candidates?: No visa candidates
Compensation: Base Salary $235,000 + annual bonus of 16.67% of salary. Total compensation of $275,000
Benefits Offered: Paid malpractice with Tail, Life insurance, relocation assistance, Health savings account, Medical, PTO (18-37 days annually) 401k and CME allowance of $2000/year.
