Bon Secours Southampton Family Medicine
is seeking a
compassionate Family Medicine Physician
to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in beautiful

Youll work alongside a
2 MDs
and
2 highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioners
and collaborate with other regional primary care providers in a collegial network that puts patients-and providers-first.

Choose 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days between 7 AM and 5 PM

$40,000 Starting Bonus
Resident Stipend:
$3,000 per month available for 2nd and 3rd Year Residents (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.)
Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance > 50 miles
Up to $100,000 Med School Debt Assistance
Guaranteed Base Compensation of $275,000 for first two years plus productivity and quality incentives if wRVU threshold is met
Bonus Available:
wRVU Productivity, $ per wRVU Quality Goal, System KPI attainment
Annual CME Allowance:
$10,000
Multiple medical plan options, dental, vision, and prescription coverage
403b retirement savings plus matching on first 4%
Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan for Physicians - 5% of clinical comp up to $25,000 per year for first 3 years - subsequent years based on productivity attainment
Life Insurance: 2× base compensation

Includes medical malpractice coverage with tail coverage
