Job description
Saint Joseph Health System, a proud member of Trinity Health, invites Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join our thriving Elm Road primary care practice in Mishawaka, Indiana.
This is more than a job. It's an opportunity to provide comprehensive, relationship-based care in one of our busiest primary care locations, serving patients throughout the Mishawaka region as well as neighboring rural communities. What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care for patients across all stages of life
Manage a diverse patient panel in a busy, well-established practice with strong community demand
Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families
Collaborate with specialists, advanced practice providers, care coordinators, and support staff to provide exceptional patient-centered care
Help expand access to high-quality primary care throughout the Mishawaka region and surrounding rural communities
Who We're Looking For:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
Passion for community-based medicine and continuity of care
Commitment to serving diverse patient populations, including underserved and rural communities
Strong collaborative and communication skills
Eligible for Indiana medical licensure and DEA registration
