Job description
Job Title: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Arizona
Hours & Schedule: Full Time or Part Time (Open to 2-3 days / week or 4-5 days / week)
Work Environment: Outpatient Clinic
Travel Required: No
Salary / Hourly Rate: $220,000 - $250,000 / year
Bonus Offered: Performance-based bonus available

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct patient consultations to diagnose and manage a range of health concerns
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide preventive services including screenings, immunizations, and patient education
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation
Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Keep current with advancements in family medicine
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
Board certification in Family Medicine
Valid Arizona medical license
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a family medicine setting
Strong diagnostic and clinical acumen
Experience with EHR systems preferred
