Job description
This opportunity seeks a Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient primary care services for all ages in a supportive practice setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive primary care on scheduled days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Manage an average of 10-25 patients daily in an outpatient environment.
Provide care across a broad patient demographic, focusing on primary and preventive medicine.
Possess an active Ohio State License and DEA registration.
No responsibilities for advanced practitioners.
Credentialing typically completed within 1-2 weeks.
Qualifications & Skills
Licensed to practice in Ohio.
Experience in outpatient primary care preferred.
Strong patient communication and clinical skills.
