Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join Health First at Clifton Springs, a well-established, community-based primary care practice in the Finger Lakes region. Position Highlights:
Outpatient only primary care with a focus on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management
Team-based care model supported by care coordinators, nurses, population health tools, and behavioral health integration

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.
PAY RANGE:
$200,000.00 - $250,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
