Job description
Family Medicine Physician – Coastal Southern California (Santa Paula Area) | Outpatient | $350K+
Opportunity Highlights:
Join a large, well-established multi-specialty group
Take over an existing patient panel from a retiring physician
100% outpatient practice
Flexible schedule: 4 or 5 days per week
Phone call only 2–3 times per month
Stable, high-demand patient base with strong support
Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred (majority Spanish-speaking population)
Compensation & Benefits:
Income potential: $350,000+
