Job description

Gallup Community Health in Gallup, NM seeks a board-certified/board-eligible family physician to join our clinic. We are building a clinician-led practice that puts the patient first every time.

You will provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan and collaborate with behavioral health, pharmacy, and care management colleagues embedded in the clinic. A strong interest in knowing patients over time is valued.
