Essentia Health Graceville clinic in Graceville, MN seeks a Family Medicine physician (no OB) to join our campus on the waterfront near Toqua Lake. The clinic offers comprehensive primary care with a dedicated team and collaborative care processes across AL, SNF, Home Health, RHC, and CAH on one campus.

The physician will lead a care team, enjoy a schedule of 32–36 patient contacts weekly, and participate in on-call coverage. Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine is required.
