Job description
Lorain County Health & Dentistry seeks a Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care under the PCMH/NCQA model. You will treat patients across the lifespan and build lasting relationships with patients and their caregivers, delivering ongoing, patient-centered care.
You will uphold the practice’s partnership philosophy—respect, quality, compassion, integrity, and excellence—while coordinating care and advising on treatment plans. Board certification and Ohio license are required.
