Job description
Community Health Centers of South Central Texas, Inc. (CHCSCT, Inc.) seeks a Family Medicine Physician for the Seguin Family Health Center to deliver quality medical care within a multi-disciplinary team.
The physician will participate in community health planning, quality improvement activities, and policy development, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional standards. The role includes on-call emergency coverage, extended clinic hours, and a minimum of 4,200 primary care encounters
