Job description
CommUnityCare Health Centers is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician at the Sandra Joy Anderson Community Health & Wellness Center in East Austin. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, managing acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing prevention and continuity of care.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and coordinate with behavioral health, women's health, pharmacy, and laboratory services to connect patients with needed care.
