Job description
Private group seeks a BE/BC physician who has a calling to become an integral part of a well-established, community-oriented practice located in a neighborly rural area of northeastern Maryland. The ideal candidate wishes to practice medicine with like-minded colleagues who strive to incorporate whole-person care into their practice of medicine as well as office policies and practices. The new physician will find much personal and professional satisfaction and will be embraced by a very appreciative community base in this medically diverse demographic where preventative medicine is at the forefront.

2 physicians, 2 PA-C's
2 year partnership track with earnings in top tier of Family Medicine providers
Competitive salary with extremely generous productivity model, outstanding benefits package
Outpatient only with telephone call
4.5 day work week; no weekends
Avg schedule 20 pts per day with 15 min and 30 min appt slots affording ample time with each patient
Utilization of 3 hospitals including top tertiary care
Case Manager Support-PCMH model
