Family Medicine Residency Prisma Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare provider in South Carolina, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to serve as a core faculty for our Greer Family Medicine Residency. The Greer Family Medicine Residency is a 6-6-6 program with an energetic faculty dedicated to training competent, caring, community-oriented family physicians. The residency, started in July 2020, will be welcoming our third class of residents this summer. Our curriculum emphasizes both outpatient and inpatient training, encourages team-based approaches to care, fosters community outreach, and prepares doctors for the future of family medicine. Our teaching clinic, located in a beautiful new building, has 24 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, a lab, x-ray suite, and residency educational spaces. Our teaching hospital, Greer Memorial Hospital, is an 82-bed acute care facility built in 2008 on the beautiful 135-acre Prisma Health Greer Medical Campus located half-way between Greenville and Spartanburg, SC. Our team is looking for faculty members who practice inpatient and outpatient family medicine. Dept of Family Medicine We're dedicated to Primary Care!
