nJob Summary Our primary care clinic is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our team. You will conduct exams, order tests, and prescribe medicines or implement treatments. We attempt to focus on a higher quality of care rather than a higher quantity of patients, which allows us to see patients on a regular basis and provide comprehensive care. Applicants must have a license to practice medicine and board certification (or eligibility) in family medicine. You should also have a valid DEA registration number.
nFamily Medicine Physician Duties and Responsibilities
nProvide primary care services
nConduct patient exams
nOrder/interpret laboratory tests and x-rays
nPrescribe medicine or implement treatments
nUpdate patient charts and EMRs
nFamily Medicine Physician Requirements and Qualifications
nMedical degree (M.D. or D.O.)
nLicense to practice medicine
nExperience with women’s health primary care (i.e. PAP smears, breast exams etc,)
nExperience in elderly primary care (Medicare primary care)
nBoard certification or eligibility in family medicine
nDEA registration
nBLS certification
nJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
nPay: $105.00 - $125.00 per hour
