Job Summary and Responsibilities
CHI Health and Creighton University School of Medicine are actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice in Omaha, Nebraska .
Practice Highlights:
New Grads encouraged to apply
Outpatient only
Full-time is 36 patient facing hours
Flexible, independent practice style
Enjoy working with a friendly, dedicated, supportive team
Well-rounded practice with patients of all ages
Academic appointment available, if desired, from Creighton University School of Medicine
Benefits and Compensation include:
6 Weeks of PTO plus 6 Holidays
Annual Salary of $276,633
Education Stipend available
Full Benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, Short & Long Term disability
401k with Match, Malpractice and Tail Coverage provided
Starting Bonus plus an Annual bonus opportunity
