About the Group
Direct Primary Care group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician in Wilmington, DE. Private physician group utilizes a Direct Patient Care (DPC) model for its providers. The practice operates across six locations in PA, Delaware, and NJ, established in 2002. This group is dedicated to providing highly individualized medical care, with practice size limited to no more than 600 patients. The model offers physicians a healthy, independent practice with financial protection from reimbursement changes and the flexibility to appreciate personal life while saving for retirement.

Role Description
Location: Wilmington, DE. Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to manage a low‑volume, lucrative practice. Physicians receive full management and administrative support from the group, allowing focus on patient care. Patients are seen on a direct‑patient‑care model, not traditional insurance.
Monday‑Friday position. 100% outpatient only. Provide primary care – assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served. Collaborate with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high‑performing team. Zero administrative work; all administrative tasks are handled by the support team. Physician is supplied with MA and RN support.
Patient volume: less than 10 patients per day. The role will take over a fully functioning 300‑patient census practice that is already lucrative. Candidates must be interested in Direct Primary Care and Integrative Medicine practices.
Background Profile
Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
MD or DO.
Ability to hold a Delaware state license.
Interest in Direct Primary Care and Integrative Medicine practices.
