FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN
Pearl Street Medical Clinic | Praxis Health | Eugene, Oregon
University Town | Direct flights to major hubs | Between the Cascades and the Oregon Coast
Pearl Street Medical Clinic is a well-established, physician-led Primary Care practice in Eugene, Oregon, and part of Praxis Health, the Pacific Northwest's leading independent healthcare network. This 100% outpatient opportunity allows you to practice the full scope of Family Medicine - caring for generations of families, building lasting relationships with patients, and delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care with continuity at its core. With no obstetrics or hospital responsibilities, you\'ll have the time and support to focus on exceptional patient care while working alongside a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, and genuine connection.
COMPENSATION
Year one guarantee: $270,000 (12-month base with practice ramp)
Established physician range: $270,000 - $380,000
Schedule: 4-day workweek, 36 patient hours per week
Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements

Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
Clinical competency in primary care patients across the lifespan

Pearl Street Medical , part of the Praxis Health network, is a newly established clinic in Eugene, Oregon, that opened its doors in summer of 2024. This clinic expands Praxis Health\'s mission of providing compassionate, community-focused healthcare in the Eugene and Springfield areas.
