A sane patient load: 18-20 patients/day
Specialists rotate in—orthopedics, pulmonology, and pediatric cardiology—so you're not doing everything
$300,000 guaranteed salary
APRN supervision stipend plus production bonuses
$30K-$55K signing bonus (hello, moving fund)
Up to $100,000 in student loan reimbursement (your loans just felt nervous)
