We are seekinga compassionate and patient-centered Family Physician to join a well-established primary care practice in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to patients of all ages in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is committed to preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.\ N
Key Responsibilities\ N
Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients\ N
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions\ N
Perform routine physical examinations, preventive screenings, and wellness visits\ N
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans\ N
Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed\ N
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)\ N
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention\ N
Participate inquality improvement and patient safety initiatives\ N
Schedule & Work Environment\ N
Monday–Friday schedule (no or minimal weekends, depending on practice)\ N
Outpatient-focused practice\ N
Support from experienced clinical and administrative staff\ N
Qualifications
\ N
MD or DO from an accredited medical school\ N
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine\ N
Eligible for or currently holding a Massachusetts medical license\ N
Strong interpersonal and communication skills\ N
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care\ N
