Job description
Froedtert ThedaCare Health, Inc is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our Sheboygan, Manitowoc, and Plymouth clinics, offering a 1.0 FTE with 35 patient contact hours and the option for a 4-day work week.
You will collaborate with 1–2 MA/LPNs and receive RN triage support to ensure continuity of care for patients; virtual visit blocks (4-hour blocks) can be done at home or in the office as needed.
